Wedding Menu for Alice and Sebastian

As a starter they chose a selection of the following items which were placed in picnic baskets in the centre of each table:-

Continental and local Breads
Humous with Vegetable Crudites
Large Olives
Vine ripened Tomatoes
Small pot of homemade Pate
Locally Smoked Salmon on wooden boards
Prawn Cocktail in kilner jars
Broad Bean and Chorizo Salad with Roasted Red Peppers

We then served a barbecued main course which included:-

Ribeye of Steak with a Wild Mushroom Sauce
Lightly seared Tuna with Sauce Vierge
Blackened Salmon with a Cucumber and Dill Riata
Chicken Fillets with Sundried Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil
Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Pesto

Baby Roast Potatoes with Olive Oil and Fresh Herbs
Tabouleh
Mixed Salad Leaves with Wild Rocket
Mangetout and Ginger Salad with Sesame Seeds
Carrot, Cider and Apple Salad

Sweets served on a cake stand in the centre of each table
Summer Berries, Chocolate Panacotta, Gateau St Honore
